NCO True and proud

I've been in the Army for 15 years, and in that time I've worked with good NCO's and bad ones. The majority are good NCO's who care for the welfare of their soldiers before their own. Their superiors and subordinates alike often misunderstand the NCO. Often the NCO is blamed if their soldiers make a mistake, seldom are they praised for their hard work and determination. The NCO looks to better himself and his soldiers; never neglecting the later to pursue his or her own interest. The life of an NCO is a hard and lonely one and also a rewarding one. I would never give up being an NCO the Back bone of the ARMY. True and Proud.

A Thought Of An American Women
A tear rolled down her cheek, Her heart cried, "Why do we fight for these people?" She cried for the women of this far away land. How cruel are these people. Fighting for a people with hearts of ice, How cruel are these people. A mother begs to feed her child, Where is father now? How cruel are these people. Cheers in the square, Another woman is stoned to death, How cruel are these people. Shadows in the streets, Forbidden to show their face, How cruel are these people. She cries for the women of this land, They'll never know real freedom, How cruel are these people. A tear rolls down her cheek.
