1. Leadership that provides direction includes setting goals, problem-solving, decision-making, maintaining standards supervise, evaluate, and planning. These are thinking skills of leadership.
2. Leadership that implements includes communicating, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating. These are the implementing skills necessary to achieve goals.
3. Leadership that motivates includes applying the principles of motivation. It also includes teaching and counseling. These are the skills necessary to influence human nature and to guide motivated people to carry out plans and programs.
